Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Anya Vero ("we", "us", "our") handles personal information collected through anyavero.com (the "Site"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and to being transparent about the limited data we collect.
We do not collect any personal information for marketing purposes. We do not run advertising, sell data to third parties, or use your information for profiling.
1. Information we collect
We only collect personal information that you choose to provide directly to us, namely:
- Event registrations - when you register for an event through one of our embedded Google Forms, we collect the information you submit (such as your name, email address, and any answers you provide). This is used solely to manage your attendance at the relevant event.
- Direct correspondence - if you email us at hello@anyavero.com, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you provide only to:
- Confirm your registration and send you practical details about the event you signed up for;
- Reply to enquiries you send us;
- Comply with any legal obligations.
We do not use your information to send marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional material unless you have explicitly opted in to receive them.
3. Cookies and analytics
The Site does not set marketing or advertising cookies. The Site is hosted on Vercel, which may collect basic, anonymised technical information (such as IP addresses and browser type) for security and performance purposes. Embedded Google Forms may set cookies necessary for the form to function; please see Google's privacy policy for details.
4. Third-party services
We use a small number of third-party services to operate the Site:
- Google Forms - for event registration. Submissions are processed and stored by Google. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Vercel - our hosting provider. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
5. How long we keep your information
We retain registration information only for as long as is necessary to run and follow up on the event in question, after which it is deleted. Email correspondence is retained only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry.
6. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Austrian law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Request that we correct inaccurate information;
- Request that we delete your information;
- Object to or restrict our processing of your information;
- Lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at hello@anyavero.com.
7. Children
The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where children attend our events, registration is handled by a parent or guardian.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
